The engineering company behind PayPrompt.
Osian has built enterprise systems in Mumbai since 2015: for Tata Capital, Edelweiss, Sony, Unilever, DSP and others. Eleven years, no venture funding, still run by the people who write the architecture. PayPrompt is what that decade of payout, lending and process engineering turned into.
See what we builtA decade of systems where wrong numbers have consequences.
We founded Osian in 2015 and spent the next decade building enterprise systems for companies that cannot afford a wrong number: lenders, insurers, media houses, consumer businesses. No venture funding, which means we never built for a pitch; we built for the client renewing.
Across those years we kept meeting the same problem in different rooms: performance-linked pay run on spreadsheets that couldn't survive the pace of policy change. The calculation was never the hard part. The change was. Policies moved several times a month, fragmented down to individual dealers and agencies, and every change broke the sheet.
We built PayPrompt to end that. It now runs performance payouts in production at national scale, for sales and collections, for payees inside and outside the org chart. Designed and built in India, for the way variable pay actually works here.
Still run by the people who write the architecture.

Three claims a reference call would confirm.
Senior engineers on every deployment
No offshore-and-forget model. The people who designed the system are the people on your calls.
Honest timelines
We quote what it takes and hold it. Clients keep renewing partly because the dates hold.
Systems maintained for years
Not shipped and abandoned. Deployments from our earliest years are still in production and still supported.
